Welcome to Port Elliot Kindergarten!
Ka:ntjinwald Muralapi Po:rlar Pulgi
here we seek to create a place where all people belong, can connect with others and be a part of a community. We hope to be remembered as a warm and welcoming place where we all learn and thrive together.
Our Kindergarten works together with families and the broader community to support all children’s learning and wellbeing.
Children can attend Kindergarten for 12 months in the year before they commence school. There are 2 intakes for kindergarten, one at the beginning of the year (Term 1) and one in the middle (Term 3). Visit our enrolment and fees page to find out more and register your interest.
Acknowledgement of Country
Port Elliot Kindergarten acknowledges that we are situated on Ngarrindjeri land and where we tread, we think of the Ngarrindjeri people.
The Ngarrindjeri people have taught us about the Nanggi (sun), Wayirri (sky), Yarluwar (sea), Murundi (river) and Ruwe (earth).
We pay our deepest respect to past and present Ngarrindjeri Elders and to the continuation of cultural, spiritual and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
